50 YEAR SEARCH

Title examination to cover a period of 50 years, beginning with a full consideration deed.  Each deed holder is run for the following:

  1. Mortgages
  2. Assignments
  3. Subordination Agreements 
  4. Discharges
  5. Foreclosures
  6. Homesteads
  7. Easements, Reservations, Restrictions, Takings, Layout, ect.
  8. Tax Takings
  9. Liens
  10. Bankruptcy (Social Security Number MUST be provided)
  11. Any and all matters of public record that effect locus and individual ownership during title period.

2 OWNER RUNDOWN

Title examination to cover current deed holder and previous deed holder, beginning with full consideration deed.  Each deed holder is run for the following:

  1. Mortgages
  2. Assignments
  3. Subordination Agreements 
  4. Discharges
  5. Foreclosures
  6. Homesteads
  7. Tax Takings
  8. Liens
  9. Bankruptcy (Social Security Number MUST be provided)
  10. Any and all matters of public record that effect locus and individual during ownership period.

CURRENT OWNER RUNDOWN

Title examination to cover current deed holder (full consideration deed and 100 percent vesting).  Each deed holder is run for the following:

  1. Mortgages
  2. Assignments
  3. Subordination Agreements 
  4. Discharges
  5. Foreclosures
  6. Homesteads
  7. Tax Takings
  8. Liens
  9. Bankruptcy (Social Security Number MUST be provided)
  10. Any and all matters of public record that effect locus and individual during ownership period.

RUNDOWN AND RECORDING (effective date of rundown must be less than 2 months.  If longer, addtional fees apply).

DOCUMENT RETRIEVAL - Obaining copies of a specific document of public record.
